We believe great people recommend great people. Our referral scheme is an important part of how we work, and we regularly pay rewards to individuals who introduce us to standout talent. If you refer someone we are not already in regular contact with, and we go on to place them with one of our clients, we will pay you a referral bonus as a thank you.
 

Referral rewards
 

• Up to £39,000 salary: £500

• £40,000 to £99,999 salary: £1,000

• £100,000+ salary: £2,000
   

Referral terms
 

• The candidate must be semi-new to us. We must not already be in regular contact with them.

• The person you refer does not need to know you have suggested them. We handle all approaches discreetly and professionally.

• Referrals are logged on our database and remain valid for 12 months from the date of introduction.

• Payment is made once the client has paid their invoice, typically within 14 to 30 days of the candidate starting.

• If your referral leads to a freelance placement, the reward will vary depending on the arrangement, and we will agree a suitable figure with you in advance where possible.

• There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make.
